Description:
|
Serves as the Chief
Executive Officer of TGE and as such is empowered to make decisions regarding,
and is responsible for, all aspects of the day to day operations, including
the development of our internet outreach activities as guided by the policies
and directives of TGE's Management Board and National Directorial Boards. |

Responsibilities:
|
The
primary responsibilities of this position are:

Serves as the managing
director of TGE.
-
Accountable for organizational
finances.
-
Coordinating and managing
all aspects of TGE's operations.
-
Fills in as needed where
there are vacancies in both the National
Director & Regional
Director positions.
-
Acknowledging and welcoming
new members from the region, etc.
-
Empowered to appoint persons
to fill such positions on an interim basis subject to the review by the
appropriate authority.
-
Participation the management
process of TGE by serving as chairperson of the TGE Management Board which
coordinates activities and policy for the benefit of our membership.

Notes:

Because of the complex
nature of, and high degree of responsibility required to fulfill the duties
involved, the International Directorship of TGE is considered to be an
executive position. As such, in accordance with the constitutional charter
of TGE the member director serving in this capacity can be designated as
a paid employee of TGE at the sole discretion of the Management Board. |

While this a voluntary
position those chosen serve at the will of the general membership of TGE
and may be appointed or removed by it's directors by due process. |
